create a folder such as positivesigns
open zip file and extract
positivesigns.jar [the positive signs java app]
then copy postivesigns.jar file to the folder you created
on first run the java app will ask you for the folder you wish to scan for songs
it will then close asking you to restart the app and scan your music folder
if you make an error choosing a folder simply hit ctrl-f or delete the positivesigns.ini file and
then restart the app...
